Meeting Notes
November 17, 2005

1. The meeting was called to order at 7:35pm at Kehrs Mill Elementary School. Present were trustees: Tim Bailey, Meredith McMindes, Michael Olszewski, Mark Stolzenburg and Linda Walp. One homeowner was also present. Our attorney arrived at 8:30pm.

2. Linda presented the finances to the Board.

3. Our homeowner requested an update on the Baxter Road project.

4.

Michael reported that the sprinklers were winterized in mid-October. Also, the electrical problems at the Baxter Road entrance had been repaired.

5. Meredith will write a letter to homeowners on Baxter Rd. asking that they send a copy of their property survey to determine if the tree that is down is actually on common ground. It is Board policy to require surveys in determinations of this type.

6. A letter was received in response to the Board’s letter concerning the woodpile on a homeowners’ front porch. The claim is it must remain due to lack of other convenient place for the wood. Other addresses receiving the letter will be checked for relocation of their woodpiles. Further action may be taken.

7. Mark Dunn, our attorney, updated the Board on the Baxter Road project and his dealings with St. Louis County. He walked through the temporary documents and discussed them. A few issues arose (such as replacing the light poles, concrete monuments) that he will clarify with the County. He will schedule a closing date when everything is ready to be signed.

8. Tim and Mark discussed erosion with Mark Dunn and the issue of where responsibility lies regarding erosion problems on private property. Mark Dunn said he would look into the situation.

9. Home improvement applications were approved for a fence at XXXX Woodland Field and a deck replacement at XXXX Parasol Dr.

10. City & Village sent 3 petitions to sue for default on payment of annual assessment. The Board agreed to file these petitions.

11. The meeting was adjourned at 10:02pm. The next meeting will be on January 26, 2006, 7:30pm at Kehrs Mill Elementary School.
