Subdivision Meeting
February 28, 2013

Call to Order- Board President Scott Eiler called the meeting to order at 7:30pm. Trustees Kevin Pfarr, Adam Hale and Scott Eiler were present. There were no homeowners in attendance. Scott motioned the minutes from the last meeting be approved as amended. Kevin seconded and the vote was unanimous.

President’s Report- Scott reported that the newsletter and annual assessment fee notice was sent out and the fee would be due March 20, 2013

There were no homeowner emails or issue reports to discuss.

There were several issues discussed relating to the Baxter Road project, including the timing of planting as well as types of plants to be used, and final installation of the irrigation system.

Treasurer’s Report- Scott reviewed the final 2012 income and expenses and presented the updated 2013 budget. Reminding the board income from purchase of Common Ground would be recognized in 2012 with a resultant tax liability.

Secretary’s Report- There was nothing to report

Common Ground Report- Adam moved and Scott seconded a motion "We move that Mike Martin be retained for another year for lawn care with the same payment amount and terms from 2012".

Homeowner Forum- There was nothing to report. No homeowners present.

Next Meeting- The next meeting is scheduled for April 25, 2013.

The meeting adjourned at 8:30pm.
